Fixer Upper #1 | The First Flip House (… And Rental Property)
Fixer Upper #1 was the first house the boyfriend and I flipped together. It took us longer than we thought because we did everything ourselves (except the electric and plumbing) but we know it’s done right and we’re incredibly proud of our work.
With our timeline blown, we missed prime time to sell and decided to rent it out for the winter (phew… someone else to pay the heating bills!) and sold it within 3 days on the spring market.
