Fixer Upper # 2 | The Rental Property & First Home

After purchasing our first flip, holding onto it for a year and finally making a good profit, we were able to purchase Main Street House – our fixer upper!

We finally moved in after making it habitable again and are slowly fixing it up over the next few years. We also have had our apartment rental rented out for over a yearn now!

House: Single Detached, 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1,210 sqft, 2 Car Detached Garage, .23 acres

Apartment: Above Garage, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 550 sqft Apartment with Washer/Dryer
